1. Data we collect

  • Identification data: name, email, and profile picture (obtained via social login or provided by you)
  • Questionnaire responses about yourself and people in your Circle Link
  • Texts and evidence you add manually
  • Check-in history and daily practices
  • App usage data (pages visited, features used)

2. Third-party data

When you register information about other people (friends, family), this data is associated with your account and visible only to you. We do not share this data with the mapped individuals or with third parties, except as required by law.

3. How we use your data

  • To personalize your experience in the app
  • To generate analyses and diagnoses via artificial intelligence
  • To improve the product (in an aggregated and anonymized way)
  • We never sell your data to third parties
  • We never use your data for advertising

4. Data sharing

Your data is processed by:

  • Supabase (database and authentication) — supabase.com/privacy
  • OpenAI / Google (AI processing) — to generate analyses
  • Stripe (payments) — billing data only

5. Your rights (LGPD / GDPR)

You have the right to:

  • Access all your data
  • Correct inaccurate data
  • Delete your account and all associated data
  • Export your data in a readable format
  • Request the deletion of third-party data you registered

6. Security

Your data is stored with encryption at rest and in transit. We use secure authentication via trusted OAuth providers.

7. Data retention

We retain your data as long as your account is active. After account deletion, data is removed within 30 days.

8. Cookies

We only use essential cookies for app functionality. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
